FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

How does traceability work?

Each product page lists its country of production, each process, and its CO2 emissions, checked against factory records.

When does the remake line drop?

Irregularly, when enough discarded fabric has accumulated. Members are notified first.

How do take-back points work?

Bring a used LOOP THREAD piece to any store; points are added to your membership at 300 points per piece (sample).

What materials do you use?

Only organic cotton and recycled polyester. No virgin synthetics, no blends we cannot trace.
